OEM Performance Electric Motorcycle
Performance Electric Motorcycles are engineered for global distributors, dealers, rental operators, and mobility companies seeking high-performance, reliable, and customizable electric transportation solutions.
Description
Performance Electric Motorcycle - Built Your Way, Step by Step
This is a high-performance electric motorcycle platform - BLDC motor from 1.5 kW up to 8 kW, 48V / 60V / 72V / 96V battery architecture, configurable top speed from 45 km/h up to around 120 km/h depending on market rules. But the specs are not the interesting part. The interesting part is what happens between you sending us a WhatsApp message that says "I want a bike like this, but in my brand" and the first container rolling off our line.
That process is what this page is about.
Step 1 - You tell us what you actually need
Most OEM inquiries start with a one-line message: "send me your electric motorcycle catalog." That does not get you a useful quote. What we need to know, in as much or as little detail as you have, is:
Which country, and what the local rules actually say about power, speed, and type approval.
Who is going to ride it - commuters, rental fleet, delivery, recreational?
Roughly how many units you are thinking of, for the first order and the year after.
What you want to change vs. what you are happy to take standard. Color and logo? New battery size? Different speed limit? A completely different fairing?
You do not need to have all of this figured out on day one. If you only know "I want to sell electric bikes in Vietnam," that is enough to start the conversation.
Step 2 - We come back with an engineering read
Within about a week of your initial brief, our engineering team comes back with a realistic proposal: what is straightforward, what is going to cost money, what is going to take extra time, and what is simply not feasible for the target market.
This is where we save both sides a lot of pain. A customer once asked us for a 120 km/h bike for a market that caps electric motorcycles at 45 km/h. We told him, on the first call, that we could build it but he could not register it. He switched to a 45 km/h version. Better that we say no early than after he has paid for tooling.
We will also tell you which configurations are off-the-shelf and which need new tooling. A color change is a different paint batch. A new battery enclosure is a mold. A new frame is a much bigger conversation.
Step 3 - Sample build
Once you sign off on the configuration, we build you a sample.
How long this takes depends on how much you are changing. A private-label sample on an existing platform - new decals, new color, new speed limit - is typically 3 to 4 weeks. A sample with a new battery size, different controller mapping, or a new fairing pushes that to 6 to 8 weeks. If you are asking for a whole new frame geometry, we are talking about a multi-month project and we will tell you that honestly up front.
The sample is yours to ride. We ship it to you (or to your local agent), you put it through its paces, and you tell us what is wrong. Usually the feedback is small things - the seat is too hard, the decal sits crooked, the speedo reads in the wrong units. We fix those before anything goes into mass production.
Step 4 - Pre-production sign-off
After you approve the sample, we build a small pre-production run - usually 5 to 10 units - on the actual production line, with the actual production tooling. This catches the problems that only show up when you stop hand-building bikes and start making them on a conveyor. Welders get trained, jigs get set, the QC checklist gets finalized.
You or your agent are welcome to come out and watch this run. A lot of our long-term distributors do.
Step 5 - Mass production
Once the pre-production run is signed off, we lock the configuration and move to volume. For a standard container order, this is roughly 30 to 45 days after your deposit lands. SKD and CKD kits run a little faster because they skip final assembly on our side; CBU takes the full line time.
Quality checks happen at four points along the line: incoming components, battery test, electrical test, and a final end-of-line run before the crate goes on the truck. Every bike ships with a test record.
Step 6 - Shipping and after-sales
We pack for whatever your logistics chain needs - CBU in a fully assembled crate, or knocked-down kits for local assembly. Paperwork comes with the bike: spec sheet, battery transport documents (UN38.3, MSDS), and whatever your customs office actually asks for. EEC/CoC for Europe, DOT for North America, market-specific homologation - we build to whichever destination you are shipping to.
With container orders, we include a wearing-parts package so your local mechanic is not waiting on a boat from China for brake pads or a fuse.
What the platform actually does
For reference, here is what the base Performance platform looks like. Most of these are configurable, not fixed:
表格
| Motor | BLDC, hub or mid-drive |
| Power | 1.5 kW to 8 kW |
| Voltage | 48V / 60V / 72V / 96V |
| Battery | Lithium-ion, NMC or LiFePO4, 20Ah up to 150Ah+ |
| Top speed | 45–120 km/h, set to your market |
| Range | Up to roughly 200 km on the biggest pack, real-world figure depends on how and where it is ridden |
| Frame | Steel or aluminum alloy, robot-welded |
| Brakes | Hydraulic discs front and rear |
| Delivery models | CBU, SKD, CKD |
A few questions we get on repeat
What is the MOQ?
Private-label on an existing platform starts low. A new battery enclosure or new fairing has a higher threshold because of the mold cost. Tell us what you want and we will give you a number, not a generic answer.
Can we change the logo and color?
Yes, that is the easy one.
Can we test before we commit to a big order?
That is exactly what the sample stage is for. You ride it, you tell us what to fix, and we fix it.
Do you handle certification?
We prepare the documents and build to the applicable standard. Whether you need a local homologation agent on your side depends on the country - we will tell you honestly which parts we can do and which parts you need locally.
How long from first email to first container?
For a standard private-label project, call it 10 to 14 weeks total from first conversation to FOB. A heavily customized project runs longer.
If you have a specific market and a rough unit count in mind, send us the basics and we will come back with a timeline you can actually plan against - not a brochure.
