Easy Step-Through Design

The low-entry frame allows the rider to step onto the bike without lifting the leg high over the seat. This is useful when the bike is stopped frequently during city riding.

The frame uses a steel structure designed for regular road use. The shape of the step-through section also leaves enough space for easier entry and exit without making the bike a small or folding model.

Electrical Configuration

The standard configuration uses an 800W motor with a 12-tube controller and 60V20Ah battery. Lead-acid and lithium battery versions are available.

For different orders, the motor can also be supplied in 1000W or 1200W versions. The battery and controller specification should be confirmed together with the motor before production.

Stable Electric Power

The bike is equipped with a brushless electric motor that provides smooth power for normal city riding. It starts steadily and works well for frequent stop-and-go travel.

Different battery options can be discussed according to the customer's market requirements. Lithium and lead-acid battery configurations are both available for different usage and cost considerations.

Motor output, controller settings, top speed and other electrical specifications can also be adjusted within a suitable range according to local requirements.

Frame and Main Components

The steel frame is one of the main structural parts of the bike. We check the frame and the main mounting points during assembly before the vehicle moves to the final inspection stage.

The tires provide the contact between the bike and the road, so their installation and condition are checked during assembly. The front and rear brakes are also checked before packing.

The same inspection applies to the main electrical parts. The motor, controller connections, headlights and other visible electrical functions are checked on the completed bike.

Available Options

Body color can be changed for suitable orders, and customer logos can be added to the body panels.

Motor power, battery type and some electrical specifications can also be confirmed before production. The final configuration is based on the approved order details.

Inspection Before Packing

The inspection is carried out after assembly and before the bike is packed.

First, we check the basic electrical functions, including the motor, controller connections, meter and lights. The brakes are checked as well, and the vehicle is looked over for obvious assembly or fitting problems.

The frame and main components are also checked as part of the final inspection. If something needs adjustment, it is dealt with before the bike is packed.

Only after the inspection is completed is the bike moved to the packing stage. For export orders, the final check is completed before container loading.

Protective Carton Packaging

Each electric bike is packed in a sturdy carton before shipment. The packaging is arranged to keep the main body and important parts protected during handling, loading and long-distance transportation.

The carton size and packing method can be adjusted according to the final vehicle configuration and shipping requirements. We also check the packed units before loading to make sure the cartons are in good condition.

Container Loading

After the final inspection and packing are completed, the bikes are arranged in the container according to the confirmed loading plan.

We make reasonable use of the available container space while keeping the vehicles properly protected during loading. The loading quantity depends on the final model, carton size and packaging configuration.

Once loading is completed, the container is closed and prepared for international shipment to the customer's destination port.

Ready for Long-Distance Transportation

Electric bikes may go through several steps before reaching the final destination, including factory handling, container loading, sea transportation and unloading at the destination port.

For this reason, we pay attention to the condition of each packed unit before it leaves the factory. Cartons are checked after packing, and damaged packaging is dealt with before container loading.

Efficient Container Loading

The packed bikes are placed into the container according to the confirmed loading arrangement. We try to make good use of the available space while keeping the cartons properly positioned.

The final loading quantity depends on the bike configuration, carton dimensions and packing method. Different battery options or additional vehicle equipment may also affect the space required for each unit.

For larger orders, we can check the estimated loading quantity for a 20ft or 40HQ container based on the final model and packing size before the order is confirmed.
